Moonlight Peaks magic — spells & potions
Witchcraft is one of the core pillars of Moonlight Peaks. Here's how spellcasting and potion-making work, and how they help your cozy vampire life. Updated June 2026.
Learning spells
You study spellcasting under the town's witches. Magic isn't just for show — there's a small spellcasting minigame for watering plants, plus energy-saving spells you unlock to make farmwork and gathering easier. As you learn, you expand your repertoire of spells.
Potions & the Alter Ego Elixir
Alongside spells, you brew potions to unlock all kinds of effects. The headline example is the Alter Ego Elixir, which changes your appearance. Potion-making is described as a key skill, so expect a range of brews with different uses across the game.
Witchcraft & your vampire powers
Magic sits alongside your vampire abilities — from enhanced senses to shapeshifting into a bat to get around town after dark, with other forms hinted at. See the beginner guide for how the supernatural side fits together.
